STARring Juan and Santi

Hi there! This is the stars' post for this week, that corresponds to "Task 6: Key competences with Taccle" . As usual with Taccle tasks (remember we already used  these books on Task 4), there are 2 stars needed for presenting the Pechakucha for the class in the online meeting. In this case, Juan and Santiago are the fortunate in charge of such duty. In this post we will narrate how was the process of preparing and presenting the Pechakucha, and how we organized ourselves, as well as the final product (If you are interested in the whole process, check our journalist's post). Then, the general script and the presentation itself were made collaboratively by all the member of the group, sharing ideas and trying to time each slide for not surpassing 20 seconds. It didn't take us many time as we had already answered the proposed questions the day before, and we only needed to include the results of our activity. After that, the slides were distributed for their design...

Murcingham Journal

Hi there! It's Elena and I am glad to be this week's journalist as I can explain you the activity we have carried out during this seven days.  Besides, I would like to recommend you a blog from our classmates to have another perspective of the activities we do and check which competences they have chosen: https://happyflowersgroup.blogspot.com/ In addition, I really recommend you to check this website because it has helped us developing the StoryMap, the most challenging part of the task. That is the reason why we have also included it in our PechaKucha presentation.  https://strategiesforspecialinterventions.weebly.com/story-map.html Hope you find it useful, see you next week!

Operation Murcingham

Hi there!  It's María, and I won't be you analyst this week. Let me introduce you to Agent 006 or 008 - I think she changes her identity so that she can't be recognised. Agent whatever-number   works in the headquarters of Resources and ICT 2021 and will analyse task 6 for you. Click here to watch the entire video and click here so you can access the script to be able to understand everything perfectly. But bear in mind this is a top secret operation so we beg you extreme discretion. Over and out! María

Competence Curator for a week

Hii! :) This week I am the curator, and one of my duties is to reference using APA style all the web pages we have used as well as telling in just a few lines the overview of what we have done throughout the week. Please check this Mind Map in order to see my post. Gema 💕

Facilitating Operation "Murcingham"

Hello everyone, I´m Cristina and I was the facilitator for Task 6 this week.  The task to hand allowed us to combine various competences in order to create our own original activity.  Selecting the competences was fairly straightforward as we quickly combined our four preferences. Having said that, bringing together the activities and linking the competences was certainly the most challenging part of the task. We debated and threw around ideas in a zoom meeting, several hours long as there were many details to take into consideration. There was no conflict nor mediation required as all team members listened and exchanged ideas easily and we came to conclusions together, although it took quite some time to come to our final idea.  There was a shared feeling of confusion and slight frustration with the ICT tool of story maps as it was not easy to access, it took considerable time to load, as long as 25 minutes, and we could only enter one by one. This was probably one ...
