Eighth Stars

Hello! We are Antonio and Juan, with our last roles as stars. Once the script was created we divided the presentation in two parts, each one of us created our own part, the first one was done by Juan which is reading &researching and doing & reflecting; and the second part was done by Antonio which has the part of sharing, Inspirations and recommendations + personal learning network as well as the introduction and conclusion On Tuesday we presented our project to our classmates. Juan was in charge of sharing the screen for showing the diagram, and after that, the presentation began.. It lasted around 7-8 minutes to explain the process of creating and the different components of  our PLE. The final result was satisfactory as the presentation developed fluidly and we were proud of it. Here you can see the diagram Antonio and Juan

The Daily Getters

Hello!  As teachers, it is very important that we understand each student's PLE as it can affect the student's performance and also to get the most out of it we must take care of our own. I am Santiago García-Purriños and I will be the journalist for Task 8. In this week's assignment, number eight, team members were put in the position of being teachers in the hopefully near future, after the pandemic. As time goes on, schools are also updating, so it is necessary for us as teachers to understand the utilities of modern technology and the usefulness of social networks, because in order to be effective, it is necessary to understand social networks and to be able to use them effectively.  For the Task number eight we have created different social media profiles like Twitter or Youtube studying the appropriate content to provide to learners comparing the content with that of other institutes' social networks and taking as an example youtube channels and twitter ac...

Curating the week

Hello! Here we go again with another weekly adventure!  It's Elena, week 8's curator. My main duty today is to gather all the references of the several documents we have use during this task's development.  To do so, I have created a Mind Map in order to illustrate it in a better way.  Tu navegador no puede mostrar marcos. Visita Curator Week 8 - APA references en MindMeister. Hope you find it useful!

Translating our PLE

Hi there! It's María and I'm the translator this week, welcome to my post 😏 I thought about what could be the thing people most relate to translation and.. exactly! Go-Getters dictionary! That's all folks! María

Analysing our PLE´s

Hello, it's Cristina  Have you ever thought about your personal learning environment? Well, neither had we until we studied it earlier this week, realizing just how important it really is to us both as students and professionals. This task required us to consider our PLE in the context of post covid-19 as primary teachers who need to provide online communication channels with students. By far the best part of this activity was researching the numerous ways we could use an online announcement board, Twitter and YouTube as permanent forms of online communication. It allowed us to explore the ways in which it could be used and it was fascinating to see how it has been applied in other schools.  The worst part was putting together all the information as it took quite some time to organize our information. We are a big group which means it can be more difficult to put together our research and decide how to transmit this information. The best moment of the week was when we created ...
