This is Week 1's Analysis and Reflection:

This has been the first week and task of the course, what implied a new understanding of how things work, adapting ourselves and our previous organization to a new and bigger group, with more responsibilities to attend.


Regarding the own activity we started last Tuesday during the online class, we were told what to do and how much time we had to accomplish it. Even tough most of us didn't have many experience working under such a limited amount of time, and stressed out thinking how to create an appropriate image for each slogan, we enjoyed the process and felt proud with the final result. In addition to that, we believe that the purpose of the task was not only to learn different perspectives of how teaching, learning and education is viewed or interpreted, but also to introduce a new way of working either individually and cooperatively. That is why we appreciate it, since in our future academic and professional life we will have to deal with many situations with similar characteristics.


The contents addressed with the assignment were familiar to us, as we had already worked with the given terms in previous subjects of the degree and the definitions of different authors. However, the way of approaching it is totally different, implementing an online resource like "Padlet" made it more attractive.


In relation to the development throughout the week of the task, the blog's creation and roles' distribution, some problems appeared. The lack of proximal and physical relationship between the members of the group due to the current situation complicated the resolution of those obstacles. Therefore, we think a more frequent and easier communication is needed to achieve a better functioning of the group, otherwise, more and more complex problems will have to be faced. Finally, we should also distribute the roles at the beginning of each week, so that the analyst would have a better perspective of each person's role accomplishment at the end of the week for his/her assessment.
